- Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries
- Winner agrees to have photo taken for use in future promotions of the Chute & will sign a liability & Photo release form
- Winner must respond 48 hours (By January 4, 2024) after drawing takes place to a phone call or email to claim prize / if not, another winner will be drawn.
